Terms of service
This page describes how Sals Kewl Vehicle Livery AI behaves and what is expected of the people using it. Deployments offering the product commercially must have terms reviewed for their own jurisdiction before relying on this text.
What the service does
Sals Kewl Vehicle Livery AI analyses reference photographs you upload, helps you build a layered vehicle livery on a FiveM template, and exports that design as image and project files. The server renders every export and refuses to produce one that does not match the template dimensions exactly.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload and everything you produce. You grant the operator only the licence needed to store, process and render your content so the service can function.
You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload. That includes photographs, logos, agency insignia and fonts. Uploading a licensed font requires confirming you may use it; uploaded fonts stay private to the organization that uploaded them and are never shared across tenants.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to impersonate a real law-enforcement or emergency agency in a way that could deceive anyone outside a clearly fictional roleplay context.
- Do not upload content you do not have the rights to, and do not use the service to reproduce protected trademarks or official insignia where doing so is unlawful.
- Do not attempt to access another organization's data. Tenancy is enforced on every read and every signed URL; attempts are logged.
AI generation
Generated output is a starting point, not a finished product. You are told which provider will process your images and whether that provider is local or off-site before anything is sent, and nothing is sent until you start a run.
Which model performs the work is ours to choose and may change as better ones appear. What does not change is the disclosure above: you are always told where your images are sent before they go.
Selling what you make
On a paid plan you may sell the liveries you make, including work produced for clients. We claim no ownership of your designs and take no cut of what you charge for them.
The free plan is for trying the service. Its exports carry a watermark and are not licensed for sale or for use on a live server. Removing or obscuring that watermark is not permitted; buying liveries or subscribing is how you get an unwatermarked export.
Permission from us is not permission from everyone. A livery may contain artwork that is not ours to license — a real agency’s insignia, a brand’s logo, a licensed typeface, or a photograph somebody else took. You remain responsible for holding the rights to what goes into your design, whoever you sell it to.
Liveries and billing
You buy liveries, either outright or as a monthly allowance on a subscription. One livery is one complete run. The highest image quality counts as two, the lowest counts as a half, and a touch-up pass counts as a quarter — whichever applies is shown before the run starts, every time.
A livery is reserved when a job begins and spent when it succeeds. A job that fails or is canceled gives the reservation back, so a failed run costs you nothing.
Liveries bought outright never expire. A monthly allowance is for that month and does not roll over. You cannot spend liveries you do not have, so nothing is ever billed beyond the subscription itself unless you choose to buy more.
Plan limits are enforced by the server and explained wherever you meet one. If a subscription lapses your work is retained, not deleted: exports drop back to watermarked previews and plan features stop, while liveries you already bought remain yours and can be spent if you subscribe again.
Payments are processed by Easy Pro Technologies, which is the name that appears on your card or bank statement.
No warranty for in-game results
The 3D preview is an approximation and is labelled as one. Whether geometry comes from a model you uploaded, a server-side conversion, or the built-in body shell, it does not replace testing the livery in FiveM. Nothing in the product guarantees a particular in-game appearance.
Termination
You can delete a project or an organization at any time. Deleted data is retained for a configured grace period so it can be restored by support, then permanently removed. A personal workspace is deleted by deleting the account.
